Corrosion Inhibitors

Tinsco ACI series (patent pending)

A range of corrosion inhibitors for fountain solution additives, and solvent-based blanket/roller washes. Target metals are Nickel, CR6 Steel and Copper.

Completely fulfils the corrosion specifications for FOGRA/MPA/D & N, when used with low corrosion buffer systems.

Surfactants

Tinsco PW 600

A non-ionic block copolymer surfactant, purpose built for pigment wetting in aqueous systems.

Provides the formulator with a highly effective wetter that is essentially non-foaming.

Tinsco PLW 1200

Non-ionic block copolymer surfactant for use in positive plate developers.

When incorporated into positive plate developers, it will effectively control the wetting and development to very fine limits allowing the formulator to custom build developers.

Tinsco GP 500

A block copolymer non-ionic surfactant for use in all fountain solution additives.

Low to non-foaming with a high cloud point. Tinsco GP 500 can be easily incorporated into fountain solution additives. Non aggressive to positive plates, it enables the creation of a fine non stable fount in ink dispersion on the press. Highly effective in preventing ink build up on dampening systems.
